A Dozen Poetry Broadsides
| The broadsides shown here are from Egress Studio Press, and a number of other presses. Several are printed letterpress; others are computer-generated and use archival inks; still others are finished using an offset press or a laser printer. The original press and the printing method are indicated in the descriptions of each broadside. The poets represented here are from the Pacific Northwest, of course. A poetry broadside is simply a poem printed on one side of a sheet of heavy paper. These literary works are often beautifully embellished with art and handsomely displayed in homes and offices. |
